| Responsibilities of the Trustee committee: |
| Receive, hold title to and transfer all church properties; file all necessary government forms, as directed by the session |
| Maintain all church property |
| Supervise the management of all church property |
| Maintain adequate insurance coverage for all church property (Liability, theft, fire, etc.); premiums paid from church budget |
| Call a church corporation meeting when directed by session or presbytery |
| Handle other church financial or business affairs delegated by session |
| Notify treasurer of expenditures |
